Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of PestMetrics (pest-metrics.com), operated by PestMetrics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your company. PestMetrics is a business tool; it is not offered to consumers.

The service

PestMetrics syncs operational data from systems you connect (such as FieldRoutes/PestRoutes, Everee, and Google) and turns it into metrics, scorecards, reports, alerts, and related workflows. Where the service offers write-back actions, it makes only the specific changes you request, through the connected system’s official API.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the people you invite. Role and branch permissions inside the app are yours to manage; actions taken by your users are attributed to your company.

Your data

You own your data. That includes the operational data we sync from your connected systems and everything derived from it for you. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to provide and support the service.

We may create and retain de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, anonymous industry benchmarks) that do not identify you, your company, your employees, or your customers. These aggregates belong to us.

You can export your data at any time. On termination we will delete your data on request, minus the de-identified aggregates above.

Connected systems

You represent that you are authorized to connect the accounts and API credentials you provide. The connected platforms are not ours: their availability, pricing, API behavior, and terms can change, and features of PestMetrics that depend on them may be affected. We will always tell you honestly what is live and what is not.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, month to month, no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Trials are free for their stated length and require no card; when a trial ends, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Plan limits (branches, users, service professionals) and features are described at checkout and on the pricing page and may be enforced in the app.

Acceptable use

No reselling the service, no attempting to access another company’s data, no reverse engineering, no using the service to break the law or to violate the terms of the platforms you connect.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to make your numbers trustworthy, including reconciliation against your source systems, but we do not warrant that the service is error-free or uninterrupted, and business decisions you make from the data are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other customers, with notice where practical. Sections about your data, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and take effect prospectively. Questions: support@pest-metrics.com.
