How do I know the numbers are right?
Check them. Invoice revenue matches your Billing by Service Type report to the dollar. The reconciliation screen puts our number next to your live number, line by line. You sign off before you rely on it.
What do I need to set it up?
Your FieldRoutes API key and token and the office ID for each branch. Paste them once. Nothing to install. For hours, pick one: connect Everee, use the FieldRoutes time clock on the key you already pasted, paste a QuickBooks Time token, or upload clocked hours from a spreadsheet template.
Does it change anything in FieldRoutes?
Only the appointments you approve from the booking list. Nothing else is ever written. Every write is logged.
What is the difference between JPH and RPH?
Jobs per hour is stops divided by clocked hours. It measures tech efficiency. Revenue per hour is revenue divided by clocked hours. It measures branch profit. We never put them on the same chart.
Can my techs see their own scores?
Yes. Give them a viewer account scoped to their branch and their scorecard.
Does making it a competition actually help?
A number nobody sees changes nothing. Rank the crew and name a winner every day, and techs start checking their own card before a manager brings it up. The board runs on the numbers the branch is paid on, so a tech chasing the top spot is chasing your revenue per hour. You set the weights, and callbacks land on whoever caused them, so nobody wins on a technicality.
What happens after 45 days?
Nothing surprising. There is no card on file, so you cannot be charged by accident. Pick a plan or walk away.
